What this timeline is: an example structure derived from the approved product labels — it is not a recommendation, and your prescriber's instructions and the label itself always control. The semaglutide steps follow the Wegovy escalation table (0.25 → 0.5 → 1 → 1.7 mg in four-week blocks, with a labeled maintenance dose of 2.4 mg recommended or 1.7 mg as an alternative). The tirzepatide steps illustrate the Mounjaro rule: start at 2.5 mg for four weeks, then 5 mg, with any further increases made in 2.5 mg increments after at least four weeks on the current dose, up to a labeled maximum of 15 mg in adults — increases beyond 5 mg are conditional on clinical need per the label, not automatic. The syringe-fill numbers are concentration arithmetic only.
