What this site is
PeptideClock is an independent educational reference for peptide stability, storage, and handling. Its core is a set of calculators — a potency decay tracker, areconstitution and dose calculator, and amulti-vial dashboard — surrounded by apeptide database and a library of guides that explain the evidence behind the numbers. It is not affiliated with any peptide vendor, compounding pharmacy, or manufacturer, and it sells nothing itself.
How the model works
The decay estimates use a first-order model: potency declines by a fixed fraction of whatever remains each day, with the daily rate depending on the peptide, the storage temperature, and the solvent. Where published stability data exists — an FDA label's in-use window, a peer-reviewed degradation study — the model is anchored to it. Where it does not, the rate is an internal calibration, and the site says so in plain text rather than letting an estimate masquerade as a measurement.
That distinction is the site's central editorial rule. Every stability figure carries one of four evidence tiers: label-backed, peer-reviewed, mechanistic extrapolation, or an explicitly flagged model estimate. Peptide-specific stability research is thinner than most of the internet pretends, and a reference site is only useful if it admits where the data runs out. What this site is not
PeptideClock does not provide medical advice, dosing recommendations, or any guidance on administering substances to humans. The calculators do arithmetic; they do not tell anyone what to take. Many compounds in the database are research chemicals that are not approved for human use, and the site's estimates for them exist to support research documentation, not consumption.
