About PeptideClock

PeptideClock is a research-first utility built to help users estimate peptide potency decay over time using transparent assumptions and confidence labels.

Who We Are

We are an independent research content team focused on educational tooling for peptide handling workflows. Our goal is to make stability and storage data easier to interpret for research planning.

What We Publish

We publish calculator outputs, peptide reference pages, and guides that summarize available evidence. We explicitly separate high-confidence sources from estimated values.

Research Methodology

Our primary model uses first-order decay to estimate remaining potency over time from storage condition, solvent choice, and peptide-specific decay profiles.

Data inputs are curated from published stability data where available, then categorized with confidence levels to communicate uncertainty. Every estimate is presented as educational guidance, not a clinical directive.

How We Validate Data

  • Prioritize peer-reviewed and manufacturer stability references when available.
  • Flag estimated values when direct data is limited.
  • Apply consistent confidence bands across all peptides.
  • Document model assumptions in publicly accessible project documentation.

Conflict of Interest
